We offer 2-night wedding packages so you have all the time you need to celebrate with your loved ones.

Our Wedding Packages
Our 2 night Exclusive Use Wedding Package includes:
• Exclusive use of the venue from midday day the day before your wedding until midday the day after you wedding
• Wedding Ceremony & Reception for up to 140 and with space for a further 40 evening guests
• Accommodation for 24 guests in 12 bedrooms spread across the farm. (Access from 4pm the day before and check-out 12noon the day after)
• Long wooden tables and wooden chairs, fairylights and fireplaces
• Beautiful backdrops for photos around the farm and reservoir
• Your very own, dedicated Wedding Planner and Hospitality Team to ensure things run
smoothly.
If that wasn’t enough, you can also enjoy plenty of activities while at Cairns Farm including open water swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking in our reservoir, saying hello to our alpacas, walking, hiking and bird watching in the Pentlands.

Set within the Pentland Hills, we’re just a hop, skip and jump from Edinburgh with easy travel from Glasgow and the Central Belt.
And yet, Cairns Farm provides a peaceful and tranquil setting that feels miles away from the everyday

We have Accommodation for 24 guests in 12 bedrooms spread across the farm ~ including our Farmhouse with 5 double bedrooms, The Keep, our honeymoon suite, and our six cosy Cabins.
Access from 4pm the day before and check-out 12noon the day after

Every great wedding deserves fantastic food and we’ve carefully chosen a panel of three catering partners for their delicious menus, provenance and exceptional service. Bring your appetite!

We have a minimum requirements of 60 guests (excludes children under 14) however we recommend the space lends itself best to parties of 70 and more

We can accommodate up to 140 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, and a further 40 additional guests for your evening reception.

We recommend joining us for a show round before booking your wedding.
Unless otherwise agreed, we request a deposit of £3000 to secure a date.
Further payments are required 6 months prior and 2 months prior. -
Our Cairns Farm Events Planner will be your main point of contact from your initial contact with Cairns Farm
For your wedding itself, our team at Cairns will be on hand to welcome you and ensure you have everything you need throughout your stay.
Your actual wedding day will be fully organised and looked after by your preferred Caterer.
